About Keystone Properties Estate Management
Director of Operations, Pamela Vandervort, has a strong blend of experience as an estate manager and as a personal assistant, who efficiently manages multiple properties in Montecito, Santa Barbara, and in the Santa Ynez Valley, for high net worth individuals.
Her expertise includes daily operations, administration, event planning and staff training with a previous background in non-profit and both small and medium corporate environments. She is accustomed to maintaining strong lines of communication with clients, vendors and staff, and she pays close attention to details including maintaining a high level of confidentiality, tending to the personal tastes of her clients and caring for their properties according to their specific preferences.
Prior to estate management, Pamela gained an extensive background in elaborate event planning, both as business development manager at Elings Park Foundation in Santa Barbara, and working in an independent contractor capacity managing engagements and events for high-level executives and dignitaries.
She also worked several years as a geriatric care manager, acting as a patient advocate and coordinating medical care. Pamela is the ”go to person” who will see a project to its completion. She brings a complete background and experience and team of hand-picked subcontractors, providing the highest level of customer service with primary criteria for success being satisfied clients.
Personal background:
Pamela Vandervort has been a resident of Santa Barbara for over 30 years from which she has gained an intimate knowledge of the area which she loves to call home.
She has raised two daughters and enjoys reading. Pamela is civic-minded and has a lifelong commitment to volunteerism in the Santa Barbara community, having worked in numerous capacities on and off the board of many youth activities and church and community groups. In support of these groups, she has organized tours and led and/or participated in collection drives and social events that relate directly to her excellent background she brings to managing private estates and properties.
