    Check all windows and doors for locked security after your departure

Landscaping and Water Management

  • Manage grounds and vendor scope of work

  • Irrigation inspections and timer updates seasonally 

  • Tree care, trimming, removal 

  • Fountain care 

  • Assist with seasonal plant scape (design, order, placement)

  • Work with a landscape architect on upgrades, renovations, plant health concerns or drought tolerant landscape substitutions

Home Care

  • Supervision of housekeeping

  • Management/care of artwork, fine textiles

  • Provision of household supplies

  • Waste management   

  • Prepare garbage for pickups,  remove garbage/recyclables,  clean garbage bins/containers

  • Arrange for car servicing and detailing

Home Preparation for Arrival

  • Ensure fresh linens and towels are supplied for arrival

  • Pantry, kitchen basics, and specialties stocked 

  • Local errands for special requests (shopping list, wine selection, sundries, etc.)

  • Arrange airport transfers, shopping, holiday decorating, pet sitting, dinner reservations

  • Stock wine cellars, florals  

  • Event planning
