Managing your home interior

  • Security- Property Inspections and Liaison

  • Accessing your homes systems for safety and efficiency

  • Proactive when there are Weather-Related Issues

  • Monitor housekeeping staff, cook and other workers - provide clear standards of job performance and work with staff to achieve them

  • Operation/Maintenance Check of Interior: including light bulbs, doors/windows, HVAC, vacuum cleaners, appliances, faucets, water systems [heater, purifier and softener], electrical systems, audio-visual systems, telephone/command center systems, alarm system, and other specified interior systems

  • Change filters and other necessary items for any of above as required 

  • Monitor Temperature [and Humidity as required] Settings for buildings and for cold storage units including refrigerators, freezers and wine storage units and for heating units such as ranges and ovens, sauna, and other units

  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance service for units and appliances as suggested 

  • Schedule and oversee repairs as needed

  • Check cleaning equipment and supplies, light bulbs and other household supplies - Re-supply as needed

  • Storm/Fire Preparation: locate all utility shut-offs and set-up a plan coordinating with owners an action plan in case of a severe storm or fire threat [utility shut-off, securing loose items, covering or bringing in things that should not get wet or damaged].  When the threat occurs, implement the plan and/or assist the owners implement the plan

  • Electrical Outages: Check and maintain inventory of flashlights, batteries and other electrical outage supplies, and replace as needed

  • After Storm/Fire/Electrical Outage: assess for damages including attic and crawl spaces

  • Schedule and oversee any needed repairs

  • Check Attics/Crawl Spaces

  • Maintain Home Automation

  • Energy Management
